Destek Markets accepts no liability if a client is unable to deposit funds due to technical issues and clients may want to make sure they have excess funds in their account to allow for any move in financial markets which could adversely impact their positions.
How do I make a deposit in myDestek?
You can make a deposit to your trading account using your secure account management area, myDestek. Simply follow the three steps below:
1) Login to myDestek
2) Click on myWallet then 'Deposit'
3) Choose your preferred payment method
How do I make a deposit by Credit / Debit card?
You can fund your account using a MasterCard or Visa credit card or debit card. This is the quickest way to fund your trading account, and if the payment is successfully authorised it will be credited to your account instantly.
Accepted credit / debit cards: Visa (credit and debit), Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard (credit), Maestro and Solo.
For credit and debit cards, you may be charged fees by your provider. These can be refunded to your trading account if you provide receipt of proof to us of those charges.
To deposit using a credit or debit card, please click the 'Credit/Debit card' option within the Deposit tab in myWallet. You will then be asked to select your account number and the amount you would like to credit your account with. You will then be asked to enter the following details:
Your card number
Name of card holder
Your card's expiry date (MM/YY)
CVV code (this is the 3 digit security code at the back of your credit card)
Please make sure you are using a card in your own name and from a personal account only, not a business account. We do not accept third party payments (for example, from a family member). We do not accept prepaid cards.
How do I make a Bank transfer?
It is also possible to fund your Destek Markets trading account via bank transfer to our Barclays Bank account. Our bank details are available by selecting 'Bank transfer' in the myWallet section of MyDestek. Please note that the bank details change depending on the currency chosen (USD / EUR / GBP).
It is important you quote your MT4 account number as a reference when making a payment. Please make sure the bank account you are sending the funds from is registered in your name. If not, your funds may be returned to source, and your account will not be credited.
For bank transfers, there may be fees charged by your provider on the transfer. These can be refunded to your trading account upon receipt of proof of charges.
Please note, making a BACS/International payment can take up to 5 working days to credit our bank account. Until the payment is cleared with our bank, those funds will not be credited to your trading account. You also need to be aware that once the payment for a bank transfer has reached our bank account, it can only be allocated in business hours. This is between 9am and 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Can I transfer funds from another broker to Destek Markets?
Yes, it is possible to transfer funds from a different broker to your Destek Markets trading account. However, we will only accept funds from an FCA regulated UK broker. The minimum requirement for this type of transfer is USD / EUR / GBP 5,000 per transfer. If you wish to do a broker to broker transfer, please contact us for a transfer form.
